A Question & Answer bot that can answer questions specific to Communist Party of India (Marxist) based on the party's current & historical documents. 

==== Why? ====

Make it easy to query for,

  * party's policy/stance on a particular issue.
  * party history & programme.

==== How? ====

  - Scan party's historical records (TN state committee is already doing it, we must start for Puducherry).
  - Run through OCR -> proof-read -> prepare E-books.
  - Convert E-books to Markdown -> Embeddings -> VectorDB.
  - VectorDB -> RAG -> Ollama (SLM) -> Web interface/Android App/Telegram Bot
