Q&A Bot for CPIM

A Question & Answer bot that can answer questions specific to Communist Party of India (Marxist) based on the party's current & historical documents.

Make it easy to query for,

• party's policy/stance on a particular issue.
• party history & programme.

1. Scan party's historical records (TN state committee is already doing it, we must start for Puducherry).
2. Run through OCR → proof-read → prepare E-books.
3. Convert E-books to Markdown → Embeddings → VectorDB.
4. VectorDB → RAG → Ollama (SLM) → Web interface/Android App/Telegram Bot
